Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kāmya Keshav Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations in quality and authenticity. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

1. Refund Policy

We offer a “no questions asked” refund policy to ensure your complete peace of mind.

You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
Simply email us at support@kamyakeshavayurveda.in with your order details.
Once your request is received and verified, we will process your refund promptly.
There will be no additional shipping or return charges for your refund.

Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Please share clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@kamyakeshavayurveda.in.
We will review your request and either issue a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@kamyakeshavayurveda.in with your order ID.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a refund after delivery (as per our refund terms above).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, bank account, or wallet).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Products purchased under special promotions, clearance, or gift vouchers.
